If you are not satisfied with the purchased product, please contact us and let us know the reason why you are not happy with your purchase. Depending on the information provided we will do one of the following :

- Give you Full Refund (excluding Shipping Costs)

- Send you Replacement

- Give you advice on how to use the product better

If multiple same products are involved, you will need to return the unused products for full refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
