Returns and refunds
We are so confident in the effectiveness of our products that we are happy to take on all the risk. This means you can try our products without risking a penny on your own!
If you are not satisfied with the purchased product, for any reason within a year (365 days) after your purchase, please contact us via our refund form and let us know you are not happy with your purchase and would like to get a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
After contacting us, you will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
To get a refund for one item (1) you are not asked to return the product to us, but in case you want to do that shipping costs are nonrefundable.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. When you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
To get a refund for more than one item (2 or more) you will have to return the products to us, first. Please contact us to get your shipping label.
In case of refunds for international orders, unfortunately, the shipping costs are not refunded.
