This lotion is amazing! It relaxes my feet and whole body almost immediately!

The magnesium spray has helped me sleep I wrap my foot in a hand towel because I cannot reach my foot cant bend and spray inside of towel then slip in foot and spray foot and leg and pin towel together and mostly get a good night painfree sleep thank yo
